Ingredients:
- 2 shots of white rum
- Juice of one lime
- 2 teaspoons of coarse brown sugar
- Handful of mint sprigs
- 1 Lime slice
- Soda water to top up
Method:
- Add some of the mint and mash it up a bit
- Add the sugar, squeeze in the lime juice, and give it a good stir
- Add the ice
- Pour the rum over the ice, and then fill up the glass with soda
- Give it a good muddle
- Garnish with mint
- Serve in a highball glass
